By creating an account or using GradRoute, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering and using the service.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use GradRoute.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service or attempt to circumvent any limits or security measures.
• Use automated scripts or bots to scrape content or interact with the platform.
• Harass, impersonate, or harm other users.

4. CV Generation

• Credits used for CV generation are non-refundable once a generation has been initiated.
• Credits never expire and remain on your account until used.
• CVs are generated by AI. You are responsible for reviewing the output before submitting it to any employer.

5. Payments

• All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on credit purchases.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. GradRoute does not store your card details.
• You must be authorised to use any payment method you provide.

6. Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of the CV content you create through GradRoute.
• GradRoute owns all rights to the platform, codebase, and proprietary technology.
• By using the service, you grant GradRoute a limited licence to use your data solely for the purpose of generating your CV.

7. Limitation of Liability

• GradRoute is not responsible for any job application outcomes, hiring decisions, or career results.
• The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Termination

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our acceptable use policy.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify users of any material changes by email or via an in-app notice. Continued use of GradRoute after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
